Terms and Conditions
1. Definitions
- “Company” refers to Cowen Landscapes.
- “Client” refers to any person or entity engaging with our services.
- “Services” refer to all landscaping, maintenance, and related works provided by Cowen Landscapes.
2. Services
Cowen Landscapes provides a range of landscaping and garden maintenance services, including but not limited to design, installation, and upkeep. A detailed scope of work will be provided before the commencement of any project.
3. Quotations & Pricing
- All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
- Any changes requested by the Client after accepting a quotation may incur additional costs.
- Prices are subject to VAT where applicable.
4. Payments
- A deposit may be required before work commences.
- Full payment must be made upon completion of the agreed services unless otherwise specified.
- Late payments may incur a 5% interest charge per month.

5. Cancellations & Refunds
- Clients may cancel bookings with at least 14 days’ notice to avoid charges.
- Cancellations within 14 days of the scheduled work may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
6. Warranties & Liability
- Cowen Landscapes is not responsible for damage due to natural disasters, extreme weather, or third-party interference.
- Liability for any damage caused by our team is limited to the cost of repair or replacement.
- We guarantee the quality of our workmanship for 10 years, subject to proper maintenance by the Client.
7. Client Responsibilities
- The Client must provide access to the worksite during agreed working hours.
- Any necessary permits or permissions must be obtained by the Client unless otherwise agreed.
- The Client is responsible for maintaining completed works unless an ongoing maintenance agreement is in place.
8. Health & Safety
- We comply with all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Clients must inform us of any hazards on-site before work begins.
- Our team reserves the right to halt work if unsafe conditions arise.
9. Complaints & Dispute Resolution
- Complaints should be made in writing within 7 days of project completion.
- We will aim to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.
- Legal action will only be pursued if no amicable resolution is possible.
10. Changes to Terms
Cowen Landscapes reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
