Frequently Asked Questions

We believe that great landscaping is more than just creating beautiful spaces, it’s about delivering quality, reliability, and craftsmanship in everything we do, at a fair price.

We are not the cheapest because we focus on quality and value. We use skilled staff, trusted suppliers, and materials that last. Lower prices often mean lower quality, rushed work, or cutting corners. We would rather give you something that lasts many years than something that needs replacing after a short time.

Sometimes, but not always. Materials bought from shops may not be trade quality, and if they are damaged or unsuitable it can cause delays and extra costs. We prefer to supply the materials ourselves so we can make sure they are right for the job and meet our standards.

No, they are a guide. The final cost will depend on things like site access, ground conditions, material choices, and extra features. We always give a clear, itemised quote before we start.

Every garden is different. A visit lets us see the space, check the ground, and spot any possible problems. This means we can give you an accurate price and avoid hidden costs later.

It depends on the job. Small jobs may take a day or two. Bigger projects like a full garden redesign can take weeks. We will give you a realistic timescale when we quote and keep you updated.

We can work in most conditions but some jobs need dry or mild weather for the best result. If the weather could affect the quality, we may delay and let you know straight away.

Yes. We clear away waste, clean hard surfaces, and leave the area safe and neat so you can enjoy your new garden right away.
